Rowan’s seaside treasure is the ONLY place I get shells from for my hermit crabs!! They are decently priced, and they have fast shipping, not to mention their customer service is beyond amazing!! I would give them 1000 stars if I could!!

First time customer ordering shells. I didn’t know what I needed and the owner was so kind and helpful to me. Wonderful customer service in helping with sizing. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed. The shells were packaged with care and love. Each item was individually wrapped and some were even wrapped in bubble wrap where the bubbles were shaped as hearts. I’ve never seen such a thing and it was a nice touch being so close to Valentines Day. Everything was in perfect condition, no chips or cracks. The quality of customer care is top notch. I will definitely be placing another order in the near future.
