Ryssota Ovum or muffin shell snail is a large air-breathing snail. These thick durable, yet lightweight shells are white at the bottom and a toasted brown on top. The shades of brown vary from very light brown to very dark brown. Found in the Philippines, mainly Luzon and the island of Panay.  Usually found under forest leaves at the base of trees.
